Is Dollywood to blame for a serious injury?
(Pigeon Forge, TN.) - Dolly Parton's theme Park, Dollywood, is at the center of a massive lawsuit.
According to TMZ, a woman claims she suffered a severe spinal injury on the Splash Country ride.
She says the park failed to properly warn patrons of its dangers.
The woman and her husband are suing Dollywood for more than two-million dollars, claiming negligence.
