(St. Leon, Ind.) - East Central senior Kyra Hall is set to join one of the top swimming programs in Division II.

Hall announced her commitment to the University of Indianapolis on Monday.

The Trojans' star had a tremendous high school career, competing at the IHSAA State Finals on three occasions, including a 13th place finish in the 100 backstroke in February.

Hall is a three-time sectional champion, twice winning the 100 Backstroke, and once in the 100 Butterfly.

She made the EIAC Girls Swimming All-Conference Team all four years, and earned at least a share of the EIAC MVP her sophomore, junior, and senior seasons.

Hall's new team recently finished third at NCAA DII Championships.

Aside from starring in the pool, Hall plans to study Athletic Training at U. Indy.
