She left the roadway, hit a small ditch causing her to impact the handle bars with her throat and neck area. Witnesses and other campers came to her aid before emergency medical services could arrive. The young female was transported by Air Care to Children’s Hospital of Cincinnati. She passed away at the hospital. Conservation officers say the victim was not wearing any type of protective equipment at the time of the incident. The accident is still under investigation. An autopsy was scheduled for Sunday.
