The Office of Community and Rural Affairs will not be accepting any other Letters of Need after 4:00 p.m. today, April 14.

(Indianapolis, Ind.) - Due to the overwhelming response of the Office of Community and Rural Affairs' immediate COVID-19 Response Program and the limited funds currently available, OCRA will not be accepting any other Letters of Need after 4:00 p.m. today, April 14.
The COVID-19 Response Program was created to address the immediate impacts on rural communities.
Funds are obtained from Indiana's annual Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) allocation. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) provided guidance on how the funds were to be used.
The OCRA staff is reviewing Letters of Need as they are received.
Applicants are able to prepare the application immediately until an OCRA staff member reaches out to provide technical assistance.
Find the application online on the COVID-19 Response Program website.
Questions related to this program can be emailed to info@ocra.in.gov or contact your respective Community Liaison.
