Convergys Hiring 400 In N. Ky.

(Erlanger, Ky.) - Hundreds of jobs need filled at a call center in northern Kentucky.

Cincinnati-based Convergys Corp. has nearly 75,000 employees worldwide. This year the company plans to hire about 2,250 people. About 400 of those full- and part-time service positions are open at Convergys' office in Erlanger.

People can apply online at careers.convergys.com. There are also walk-in application hours at the office, 1101 Pacific Avenue, from 9:00-11:00 a.m. and 1:00-3:00 p.m., Tuesday through Friday.

Convergys executives say the call center jobs can lead to careers in operations, recruitment, and training.
