(Bridgetown, Oh.) - A Cincinnati-based business that specializes in providing affordable health insurance options joined Eagle Country 99.3's Travis Thayer in studio on Tuesday afternoon.

Cincinnati Benefit Solutions, located at 4472 Bridgetown Road, provides insurance services that are customized to meet each of their clients’ needs.

Some of their services include the areas of employee benefits, human resources, compliance, wellness strategies and employee education.

“We specialize in small companies benefits that they offer employees, which is generally medical, dental, vision, basic life,” said Drew Locaputo, managing partner. “Anything to attract an employer to hire and retain good employees and we just bring service to the table that will help with their day-to-day operations, such as an HR product. Once a month we are there to help service the employee and the employer with day-to-day operations.

CBS’ clients are typically businesses with 2-100 staff members. Often, those companies are left without a full-time human resources person.

“The HR piece is huge for us and huge for our clients,” said Scott Marston, executive vice president. “Typically, a company a size of two to fifty or two to one-hundred does not have a full-time HR person on staff, so they need a resource to go to.”

Locaputo and Marston added that association health plans are available for people in southeast Indiana, northern Kentucky, and southwest Ohio.

Both individuals will speak more about their company and the services they provide at the Greater Harrison Chamber of Commerce’s Business Series at Breakfast on Thursday, March 28 (7:45 a.m.-9:00 a.m.) at First Financial Bank in Harrison.

Specifically, Locaputo and Marston will talk about the association health plans that are available to businesses located in Ohio.

Tickets to the Business Series at Breakfast can be purchased at Cost is $10 for chamber members and $15 for non-members.
