Try reading this without shedding a tear.

(Darien Lake, NY) - Thomas Rhett is helping an 11-year-old cancer survivor reach her dreams.

He paused his performance in Darien Lake, New York on Friday night after spotting a sign in the crowd. It had three boxes that said "Beat Cancer", "Thomas Rhett Concert", and "Selfie With Thomas" with the first two boxes checked off.

Rhett brought the girl on stage to make sure her third wish came true during his Very Hot Summer Tour.
