Brushing Meridians

Jenny Flannery of Integrative Healing Touch will present a program on “brushing the meridians,” an easy and effective way for stress relief and easing joint pain. It is a whole body technique that uses light touch on the meridians- pathways of energy used in Traditional Chinese Medicine- useful for stress reduction and re-centering. The methos is called “the Scudder Technique.” It utilizes light brushing of the hands over meridians or energy points on the body.
