(Whitewater Township, Oh.) - A young Cleves woman has died following a crash last week on Ohio State Route 128.
Two vehicles collided head-on on Ohio 128 at Morgan Road last Monday morning, July 16. Both drivers – Lisa Hastings and Dennis Alsip, Jr. – were injured.
Hastings died from her injuries at University Hospital in Cincinnati on Wednesday. The 22-year-old was an EMT and 2008 Taylor High School graduate, according to her obituary.
Alsip was treated and release from the hospital following the accident.
Sheriff’s deputies said alcohol was a factor in the crash. No charges have been filed against Alsip, 19, as of today according to the Hamilton County Clerk of Courts website.
Hastings’ funeral was held Sunday at Frederick Funeral Home in Cincinnati.
