New Board Members For Napoleon State Bank

(Napoleon, Ind.) - Leslie W. Kessens, President of The Napoleon State Bank announced that Steven Harmeyer and Mark Fry have been appointed to the Board of Directors of The Napoleon State Bank.

 

Mr. Steven Harmeyer was appointed to the Board of Directors at the meeting held on July 9, 2012. He will be filling the remaining term of Mr. Ron Harmeyer. Steven is a lifelong resident of Batesville, IN, and is responsible for the family owned Harmeyer’s Grocery Store in Batesville. Steven has over 27 years of business experience and is very active in the Batesville community.

 

Mr. Mark Fry was appointed to the Board of Directors at the meeting held on January 17, 2013. He will be filling the remaining term of Mr. Edward Fry. Mark is the Co-Owner/Operator of H.O.P. Communications in Greensburg, IN. Mark brings over 11 years of experience in business ownership and management. He is also active in the Greensburg community.

 

Mr. Kessens stated, “We are very pleased to have Steven & Mark serve on our board. They both bring a wealth of “real world” experience in business management that will continue to propel our bank forward for many years to come. We take great pride in being a locally owned bank for 110 years. They support the vision of continuing in this tradition. We are honored to have them on the team.”
