McPhersons' parent company is renaming several businesses.
(Sunman, Ind.) - A Sunman employer is changing names.
McPhersons Inc. has been owned by Minnesota-based Taylor Corp. since 1976. Taylor Corp recently announced that several of its other companies across the country – including those in Minnesota, Texas, and Idaho – will be renamed to The Occasions Group because of a new legal structure.
The Occasions Group is a leading provider of personalized business greetings and stationery.
According to Taylor Corp., the print facilities that will make up The Occasions Group have already been working together for many years. This next step in the integration of these companies creates a more efficient print fulfillment model that responds better to today’s market and customer demands.
“It’s with positive energy and excitement that we forge ahead as The Occasions Group, wearing our new name proudly. We are equally excited about what the future holds for The Occasion Group,” said Darryl Mills, general manager of the Sunman location.
Signage at the McPhersons in Sunman will be changed to The Occasions Group soon.
