Dr. John Loudermilk will begin seeing patients on Monday, January 5, at the new Stateline Primary Care office, conveniently located at 19848 State Line Road, adjacent to the main entrance to Hidden Valley Lake. Board Certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Loudermilk will see adult and pediatric patients. “I am looking forward to beginning my practice at Stateline Primary Care,” noted Dr. Loudermilk. “It is a beautiful new medical office and I plan to do my part to ensure that my practice and the facility become a well-respected and integral part of HVL and the surrounding area.” Dr. Loudermilk earned his Medical Degree from the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine in Huntington, West Virginia. He then completed both his Internship and Residency at the East Tennessee State University Family Medicine Residency Program in Bristol, Tennessee. There he was awarded the Family Medicine Resident Teacher Award. Following his training in Bristol, Dr. Loudermilk practiced at the Rainelle Medical Center in Rainelle, West Virginia, before coming to Lawrenceburg. As a physician, Dr. Loudermilk encourages maintaining fitness through outdoor and other athletic and recreational activities. He also has a special interest in the treatment of arthritis and can perform a variety of joint injections to assist with mobility and relieve discomfort. In addition, Dr. Loudermilk believes that it is important to be involved with the community away from the office, as exemplified by his service with the local volunteer fire department while he was in Rainelle. “In the coming months, I hope people will see me not only as their physician and neighbor but as a trusted, concerned and dedicated member of the community. My wife Brittany and I, along with our two daughters, Maddison and Brianna, are excited about our new house and neighborhood. We are anxious to put down roots and call this home,” he added.
