A girls basketball game between 2 rivals for one good cause. The proceeds from this game go to families in need in either community.

- Jesse Cordle, formerly an instructional assistant at OCEMS. Jesse was recently diagnosed with B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, a fast-moving and aggressive blood and bone marrow cancer. She has began chemotherapy.
- Chad Higgins, a Switzerland County native and former Ohio County business owner, was recently diagnosed with colon cancer in August 2025.
