May is National Mental Health Awareness Month, and this is your opportunity to build awareness of your own mental health. Justin from INcompass Healthcare will be at the Dillsboro Public Library to teach you coping skills for managing intense emotions.

FREE dinner from Janet’s Diner will be provided. Registration is recommended, but not required. Anyone 18+ is welcome to attend. Please call 812-926-0646 to register.
