Yin Yoga is a gentle stretching practice involving seated poses that are typically held for 3 to 5 minutes.

It is designed to promote the health of the joints, specifically in the hips and spine. This class is led by our very own Lawrenceburg Public Library District staff member and 500 Hour RYT Michael Spears. These practices will be released every Wednesday in March and will always be available for viewing on our YouTube page, www.youtube.com/user/lpldyouth.

The Lawrenceburg American Legion Post 239 will now have food provided by Delishious Creations serving this menu every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11-7.
