on Saturday, October 30th, the Dillsboro Civic Club will host the annual Halloween Costume Contest and parade. Line up for the parade will begin at 6P.M. at US Bank parking lot. Parade will begin at 6:30. Prizes will be awarded for the top categories in costumes, pumpkin carving, and floats(includes floats, bikes and golf carts).
Rain cancels parade, however the contest will be moved inside the Civic Club. Covid masks are required indoors.
