Update posted at 11:24 a.m.: Aurora Police on the scene of the crash said that only one person suffered minor injuries.
It appeared that one of the vehicles involved in the crash, a red Dodge passenger vehicle, crossed the median and struck the dump truck in the front drivers side tire.
The crash is still under investigation by the Dearborn County Sheriff's Department.

(Aurora, IN) - A serious accident involved a dump truck and two cars on U.S. 50 in Aurora this morning.
The three vehicles somehow collided on the highway near Trester Hill Road around 8:15.
Dispatchers say there are injuries involved, though it is not clear how many people were hurt or how severely.
Motorists in the area report that U.S. 50's eastbound lanes are closed as of 8:25.
