(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - There is not much time left if you have property taxes to pay in Indiana.
The bi-annual fall installment is due by Wednesday, November 10.
Unless your property taxes are escrowed into your mortgage payment, you have to pay it yourself at your local county treasurer’s office.
The Dearborn County Treasurer office is open until 4:30 Tuesday and 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Wednesday.
Ohio County residents have a couple extra days to turn theirs in. The treasurer’s office is not open on Wednesday or Thursday. They will take payments Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the office. There is also an overnight drop box for payments at the Ohio County Courthouse main entrance.
Ripley County’s treasurer will be open 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Wednesday.
The Switzerland County Treasurer’s Office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday.
Franklin County is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
