(Aurora, Ind.) - Aurora Police are warning some downtown residents that West Conwell Street will close this week.
Starting Wednesday, Nov. 10 through Friday, Nov. 12, Conwell will be closed between The Cottage Bar and Conwell Street just west of Lincoln Street.
Construction in the area will not allow for cars to pass through or park on that section of the street. Pedestrians will be permitted.
Aurora Police Chief Bryan Fields says all affected residents are urged to plan ahead by gathering groceries or other amenities before the closure.
Residents on Lincoln Street will have to access Lincoln Street via West Conwell Street to Winter Street. West Fourth Street will be a two way street during the time of the closure only. The area affected by the closure will be restricted to pedestrian traffic only.
The City of Aurora appreciates the patience of the citizens during this inconvenient time said Fields.
