(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - Four people were cited for having open containers of alcohol in their cars during a sobriety checkpoint in Lawrenceburg last weekend.
Indiana State Police held the checkpoint Saturday morning from midnight to 2:00 a.m. on US 50 near Walnut Street according to Sgt. Noel Houze.
One person was arrested for DUI out of 46 drivers who were stopped, but a few others had open containers when they were stopped.
