VoteIndiana Secretary of State Todd Rokita said nearly 39,000 have already submitted absentee ballots for the November 2nd election.

Voters have until noon on Nov. 1, the day before the Election Day, to vote early.

The Secretary of State's office has sent out almost 103,000 absentee ballots so far.
