(Indianapolis, Ind.) - Thousands of Hoosiers are getting their ballots in early.
Indiana Secretary of State Todd Rokita said nearly 39,000 have already submitted absentee ballots for the November 2nd election.
Voters have until noon on Nov. 1, the day before the Election Day, to vote early.
The Secretary of State's office has sent out almost 103,000 absentee ballots so far.
In order to vote absentee by mail, Hoosiers need to meet one of several criteria, including being out of their county on Election Day, having a disability, being scheduled to work at the polls on Election Day outside of their precinct, or be older than 65.
