Joseph Harris, 20, was tracked down in Cincinnati late Wednesday night by the Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team.

Harris was wanted for the murder of 18-year-old Shane Gulleman.

The 2010 Lawrenceburg High School graduate was gunned down in his car in Cincinnati’s Winton Terrace neighborhood on Sept. 26 after police say a drug deal went bad.  Gulleman took five bullets in the chest.

Harris is scheduled to appear in court Thursday.

He has a significant criminal history for drug possession and other charges according to the Cincinnati Enquirer. He was most recently arrested Oct. 8.
