(West Harrison, Ind.) - An interstate ramp in Dearborn County will be shut down for construction later this month.

The Indiana Department of Transportation will close the Interstate 74 westbound off-ramp at Exit 169 to U.S. 52. The closure will begin on or after October 18.

Crews will reconstruct the pavement on the ramp.

The closure is scheduled to end on or before November 15. In the meantime, State Road 46 in St. Leon will be the official detour.
