(Indianapolis, Ind.) - Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles Commissioner Andrew Miller is facing charges of public indecency after being arrested on Wednesday. 

The 40-year-old Carmel, Ind. resident allegedly pulled down his pants and fondled himself in front of an undercover police officer.  It happened in a public restroom in downtown Indianapolis.

Bail has not been set for Miller.

Police said Miller was masturbating and asked the undercover cop to touch him. 

He was arrested at the Claypool Court men's room, which has been a known spot for men to meet up for sex.

The Indiana Governor's office has not yet commented on Miller's arrest.
