(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - If the American economy is bouncing back, the affects are not showing at Hollywood Casino in Lawrenceburg.

The monthly casino revenue report from the Indiana Gaming Commission shows Hollywood raked in $36.5 million last month, down 4.5 percent from $38.2 million made during the same month in 2009.
Attendance was also down at the Lawrenceburg riverboat to 346,549, off 8.4 percent from the same month last year.
Grand Victoria Casino & Resort in Rising Sun saw revenues down slightly by 1.7 percent to $9 million in August. Attendance there slid by a couple thousand to 123,086 visitors.
Revenues at Belterra Casino Resort and Spa in Switzerland County were down by 7.4 percent to $11.9 million last month. About 8.4 percent fewer visitors stepped aboard the riverboat than August 2009.
Statewide during August, Indiana’s 13 casinos raked in a total of $232.7 million in revenue from 2.34 million visitors.
