(Walton, Ky.) - A Northern Kentucky man has pleaded guilty to supplying alcohol to a teenage girl who died.

As part of a plea agreement, Jordan Hart must serve six months on probation.  He must also complete 40 hours of community service.

Hart, 21, admitted to giving 15-year-old Karen Kappelman alcohol at a party in Kenton County on the night of Feb. 27.

Kappelman, a student at Ryle High School, was found dead the next morning outside her family’s apartment at the Legends of Steeple Chase Apartments in Walton. Her body was discovered half-clothed in a snowbank.
