(Harrison, Oh.) - A Harrison man is being accused of harming his own infant son.

The Harrison Press reports the eight-month-old boy was hospitalized Aug. 25. Rick Sweeney was arrested the same day on a charge of Felonious Assault.

Sweeney’s case will be heard by a Hamilton County grand jury on Tuesday.
