The driver of the car, Lynda Colgate, 55, was killed when the bike hit her door. Luke, who was drunk and popping wheelies just moments before, was thrown from the bike but survived the accident.

On Tuesday in a Hamilton County courtroom Luke admitted fault in the crash by pleading guilty to one count of Aggravated Vehicular Homicide.

Luke, 28, will be sentenced between two and 13 years in prison at a court hearing on Sept. 8.

Reports say Luke had an extensive bad driving record. He was using a Kentucky drivers license at the time of the crash because his license in Indiana had been suspended for five years.
