(Aurora, Ind.) - A local water company is requesting a land zoning variance.

The Aurora City Council will meet Monday evening to consider the variance for the Lawrenceburg Manchester and Sparta Township Conservancy District.

The property – currently zoned Residential 1 and in need of a special use variance - is on State Road 148 near Springdale Avenue, adjacent from the conservancy’s office.

The public council meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. at Aurora City Hall.
