(Dearborn County, Ind.) - The Dearborn and Ohio County chapters of the United Way of Greater Cincinnati would like to remind local businesses and residents that a donation to the United Way is a great way to invest in your community.
The United Way raises money to help improve education systems, health and wealth in communities. The current fundraising campaign is a partnership between the United Way and the Cincinnati area chapter of the American Red Cross.
“It’s not too late to consider running a campaign,” says Peter Resnick, CEO/executive director of the Dearborn County Hospital, retired. The fundraising campaign has recently reached its mid-point.
The goal for Dearborn and Ohio counties is a combined total of $188,000. The goal was announced August 29.
