Dearborn County Special Crimes Unit detectives say no arrests have been made yet in connection with the armed robbery. They are still investigating.
The home where the robbery reportedly took place is located on the 11800 block of Norkus Road in Sunman.

(Dearborn County, Ind.) - A person was shot during an armed robbery attempt in rural Dearborn County Wednesday evening.
Deputies were called to a home in the northwest part of the county at about 6:00. An exact address was not provided in a news release.
The sheriff’s office says two masked people armed with a gun approached a homeowner and a visitor demanding money.
The visitor was shot, but not seriously injured. The person was treated at the scene by Manchester EMS.
The two suspects fled the scene on foot.
