(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - More testimony is scheduled for tomorrow in the ongoing termination hearing of a Lawrenceburg Police officer.
Police Captain Doug Taylor, who was criminally charged for appearing at a campaign event in his uniform while on duty in 2011, is trying to keep his job with the department.
The Lawrenceburg Board of Works has that decision. The board will meet for a third public meeting to hear testimony on Friday at 5:00 p.m., according to a city notice. The public hearing is at Lawrenceburg City Hall.
Stories about the first two meetings can be found below.
