(Union, Ky.) - A Florence resident is in jail after being charged with breaking into several homes by kicking in the front doors.
Paul Samuel Lay, 32, was indicted by a Boone County Grand Jury on Tuesday with four counts of Burglary 2nd degree, four counts of Criminal mischief 3rd degree, two felony counts of Theft by unlawful taking, and one count of Persistent felony offender 2nd degree. Lay is being held at the Kenton County Jail.
The burglaries took place at homes in Union and Hebron over three days, August 6th through the 8th. Investigators say Lay stole a variety of goods after gaining access to the homes.
