(Gallatin County, Ky.) - A marijuana growing operation is busted in Gallatin County.
Kentucky State Police say 43 marijuana plants were found at a home on Highway 42 outside of Warsaw Thursday. Troopers spotted the pot at Timothy Miles’ home by helicopter.
The plants were in Miles’ garden behind the home and hidden in shrubbery in front of his home.
Miles, 57, is charged with Cultivation of Marijuana Over 5 Plants, 2nd Offense. He is held at the Carroll County Detention Center.
KSP said the investigation is ongoing.
