(Indianapolis, Ind.) - The Judicial Nominating Commission has picked three finalists for the Indiana Supreme Court.
The commission has sent the names of Steven H. David, Robyn L. Moberly and Karl Mulvaney to Governor Mitch Daniels, who will pick from the three.
The new justice will replace Justice Theodore Boehm, who announced he was retiring effective Sept. 30.
The seven-member commission received 34 applications for the high court vacancy and began interviews on July 6.
