(Cincinnati, Oh.) - Cincinnati’s Horseshoe Casino may have taken a larger chunk of revenue from southeast Indiana’s riverboats last month.
New numbers from the Ohio Casino Control Commission released Wednesday show Horseshoe had $19.3 million in revenue in July, up nearly 10 percent from June. The number of visitors heading to the Horseshoe Casino increased 17.4 percent to about 505,000 people.
Horseshoe was second among Ohio’s four casinos in terms of revenue last month: Horseshoe Casino in Cleveland generated $19.9 million.
Indiana’s monthly casino revenue report from the Indiana Gaming Commission is due out Thursday.
