(Dillsboro, Ind.) – Dillsboro residents – or even folks around the world – seeking info about the town can find it at www.TownofDillsboro.com.
The Town of Dillsboro’s new website debuted last week. The website features easy navigation to most any city service or department.
Visitors can find a listing of recent town news. There is information ranging from meeting minutes and contact numbers, to an event calendar and a business directory.
For residents, the new website may save them a trip to the town hall. They can request services or report issues on the Action Center tab. Electric or water can be turned on or off with just a few keystrokes in the Utility Start/Stop tab.
Interesting fact noted on the website’s main page: Dillsboro was founded in 1830 by Mathia Whetstone and was named for General James Dill, Clerk of the Circuit Court at the time.
