(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - Two community members have stepped up with one ultimate goal: to help others become “Fit for Life.”
The “Fit for Life” program began in 2009 by Jeremy Shepherd and Josh Bauer. The program was designed and formatted to help individuals of all weights and sizes to achieve a common goal in everyone’s life and that is to lose weight.
Over the past four years they have held a total of five, three month classes of the “Fit for Life” program and have helped over 70 people improve their health. From those 70 men and women, the “Fit for Life” program has lost total weight of over 1000 lbs.
This program has many surprising twists and turns, which keeps people interested so that they do not lose motivation.Shepherd and Bauer are encouraging and challenging local citizens to take back their health.
Prices, times, and dates will be addressed at a informational meeting on Wednesday, August 14 at the Lawrenceburg High School Track and Field at 7:00 p.m. You must be present at the meeting to participate in the camp.
