Jay Fledderman, 48, Batesville Dearborn County Sheriff's Office |
Last February, Jay Fledderman was caught flashing two women along State Road 46 in Dearborn County. The 48-year-old was charged with two counts of Public Indecency.
In a plea agreement signed in Dearborn Superior Court I on Friday, prosecutors dropped one count as Fledderman pleaded to the other. He will serve 120 days under in-home incarceration in addition to paying $164 in court costs and being required to seek mental counseling.
Fledderman was also ordered to have no contact with the two women who witnessed the display.
Officers alleged in a court affidavit that Fledderman was standing outside his white Ford pickup truck along the 11600 block of SR 46 with his pants around his ankles and waving his genitalia.
The flasher managed to avoid Dearborn County authorities until he was busted in Franklin County for a similar incident where he was in a pickup which matched the description of the one seen on SR 46.
