(Whitewater Township, Oh.) – Animals getting loose on country back roads is fairly common in the tri-state.

But, two cows went a step further overnight Thursday night into Friday morning when they wandered onto Interstate 275 in Hamilton County’s Whitewater Township.

Hamilton County Deputies were called after a car hit one of those cows. It’s currently unclear if that cow was killed.

A second cow was shot dead by police before it could step into the path of another moving vehicle.
