(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - Local gas prices have taken a serious jump in the past couple days.
Tracking website CincyGasPrices.com says the greater Cincinnati average price for a gallon of regular unleaded Tuesday morning is $3.87. That’s up 20-cents from just one week ago.
It’s the highest prices have been since October, according to the website.
Most stations in the Eagle 99.3 listening area are selling for $3.85 to $3.89, but a few have been spotted as high as $3.99 in Cleves, Lawrenceburg, Versailles, and Batesville.
Indiana's gas prices are some of the highest in the country. According to the AAA Fuel Gauge report, Indiana has the seventh-highest price at the pump.
