Miller-York Volunteer Fire Department President Joe Klump says the cause of the barn fire remains under investigation.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - Nobody was hurt when a barn caught fire along State Road 1 in Dearborn County Monday.
At about 2:18 p.m., motorists passing by noticed the barn ablaze at 19036 SR1, just north of the intersection with Georgetown Road.
The fire occurred 2.5 miles away from the Miller-York Volunteer Fire Department. The barn was heavily damaged.
A cause has not been released. Eagle 99.3 is awaiting phone calls to the Miller-York Volunteer Fire Department to be returned.
