(Bright, Ind.) – Many folks in Bright may have overslept Monday morning.

At about midnight Monday morning, more than 2,300 Duke Energy customers in the Bright and West Harrison areas lost power.

Duke Energy says the outages were caused by downed tree limbs.

Power was restored to nearly all customers at about 3:00 a.m.
