(Hamilton County, Oh.) – Although it may have slipped under the radar of many Buckeyes, Tuesday is primary election day in Ohio.
Polls are open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. in just 74 of Ohio’s 88 counties. That’s because there are not many races featured on the ballot.
Residents in Hamilton County’s Miami Township will decide on a proposed tax levy for the Miami Township Waste District. The district is seeking a renewal of 1.25 mills and an increase of 1 mill in 2014 for waste collection and disposal.
Ohio residents can check their voter registration status, find their polling location, and view a sample ballot online at MyOhioVote.com.
