Nobody was injured in a crash near Lawrenceburg High School Thursday morning.
Lawrenceburg Police Lt. Brian Miller said the accident occurred around 7:30 when a vehicle driven by a high school student attempted to make a left turn from eastbound U.S. 50 into the school parking lot, however, the driver failed to yield to a westbound vehicle and was struck broadside.
The impact sent the first vehicle spinning into the side of a third vehicle.
No drugs or alcohol are suspected in the crash, said Miller.
The scene was cleared at about 8:30.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – First responders are on the scene of a two-vehicle accident on U.S. 50-Eads Parkway in Lawrenceburg.
The accident occurred at the intersection with Arch Street near the entrance to Lawrenceburg High School at about 7:30 a.m. Thursday.
Motorists say the westbound lanes of U.S. 50 are blocked by the crash. Eastbound lanes are clear but slow.
It is unclear if there were any injuries in the accident.
