(Cleves, Oh.) - A three-year-old boy drowned in a pool Sunday in Cleves.

Around 8:00 p.m., medics were called to a home on the 7500-block of Dog Trot Road after the boy was found underwater in an in-ground pool.

It’s unknown how long he was there before being found.

The boy was rushed to Mercy Franciscan Hospital in Western Hills where he was pronounced dead.

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is now investigating the drowning.
