The AG’s office is looking to force the venue’s owners to reimburse concert-goers for money they spent on tickets for events that never happened.
The Little Nashville Opry was destroyed in an arson fire last September, cancelling a number of shows.
The Brown County Democrat reports that the Indiana Attorney General's Office filed its lawsuit against the Opry on Friday to seek refunds for customers who purchased tickets to the nixed shows.
