(Colerain Township, Oh.) - Police say a medical condition caused an elderly man to get in a fatal wreck on Interstate 275 Tuesday afternoon.

John Beccaccio, 82, of Harrison was found dead on the eastbound side of the interstate near the Ronald Reagan Highway exit around 2:00.

Witnesses told police Baccaccio had been slumped over his steering wheel prior to the crash.

It's not known if other vehicles were involved in the wreck.

The accident remains under investigation.
