(Versailles, Ind.) – There is no bond for the Colerain Township woman accused of a murder in Milan.

Allison Moore, 22, allegedly murdered Nancy Hershman, 68, on December 30 during an overnight break-in at Hershman’s home.

Moore appeared in Ripley Circuit Court on Monday morning to answer to charges of Murder, Burglary, and Conspiracy to Commit Burglary. She waived extradition from Ohio to Indiana last week.

Judge Carl Taul ordered her held without bond. A jury trial date was set for June17 with an April 29 pretrial hearing.

Moore faces up to 105 years in prison if convicted on all charges.

Two boys, both 16, charged in connection with the deadly burglary could appear in court Tuesday. Ripley County Prosecutor Ric Hertel has said he will try to have them waived to adult court.
