According to Ripley County Prosecutor, Ric Hertel, Moore is scheduled to appear before the Ripley Circuit Court in Versailles on Monday, January 14 at 8:30 a.m. for her initial hearing. At that time bond will be determined and a trial date set.

(Versailles, Ind.) - An Ohio woman accused of a murder in Milan is now in Indiana to face the charges.
Allison Moore, 22, of Colerain Township, was brought to the Ripley County Jail on Thursday. She was arrested in Ohio on January 5 and waived extradition to Indiana on Wednesday.
Moore allegedly shot and killed 68-year-old Nancy Hershman in her Milan home during an overnight break-in December 30. She was formally charged Monday with Murder, Burglary, and Conspiracy to Commit Burglary.
No bond has been set for Moore, yet. Her initial appearance in Ripley Circuit Court has not been scheduled, according to the county clerk’s office.
The statuses of two teen boys arrested in connection with the burglary and shooting are not known.
